What we accept
- Submissions are permitted up to 2,500 words
- Any genre is accepted
- Scripts, short stories and poetry are all accepted
- Multiple submissions are allowed (up to 2 per document submitted.)
Formatting requirements
- Submit your word as a .doc, .docx or pdf
- Use either Ariel, Calibri or Times New Roman
- Use font size 12-14
- Double spacing preferred but not necessary
Deadlines and Reading period
- We are currently taking submissions for Issue #1 - the deadline to submit is September 1st 2025.
- The response email (including feedback) will be sent 8-10 working days after submission.
Writers rights
- Writers retain full copyright of their work
- By submitting, you grant Novscripter non-exclusive digital rights to publish the piece online and via email to subscribers.
- We are not able to offer payment at this time, but all contributors have the option to have a featured bio and are able to receive at least 15 words of feedback regarding their submission.

- You will receive a submission email once we have received your piece (8-10 working days)
- We encourage you to write an short author biography (150 words max) to accompany your writing. This is not mandatory.

- We do not accept AI content
- We do not accept submissions with excessive gore without purpose, hate speech and erotica.
