Why have I been MIA and what happens now?

I have never written a blog before, I hope you are all ready to hear what I have to say.
The last Issue of Novscripter was released around February of this year and since then, as it has for most people, life has changed for me. In this instance, life has changed for me quite drastically. To keep most of the details private but for you, whoever's reading, to understand: I recently lost a person very dear to me and since then, and prior to then due to issues surrounding that person, my mental health dropped to an all time low.
However, it has been a few months now and although I am still actively grieving this person, I know that life will continue whether I'm devastated or not. In comparison, this magazine, for me, brought me so much joy. I love reading your submissions and the intelligent ideas and stories you all have to share. I love contacting you with the feedback and seeing your names printed and sent off. The genuine enjoyment I get from producing this magazine is something I need in my life right now and so I am starting again. The same theme of the sea but with a fresher look. All submissions will still receive feedback, and if you are reading this, thank you for being patient with me.
P.S: I am going to continue this blog but with my own writing and other themes, likely sad ones, sometimes happy. However, I will also put updates about the magazine on here also. I would love to read your comments about it all!
I hope to see submissions soon, I can't wait to read more!
Thank you very much, I hope that you are all well,
Emily
